Amazon CARES is growing, despite the poor economy and significantly less financial support from donors.  Recently, Founder Molly Mednikow relocated to the Washington, DC area to open a small office.   The Peruvian office, which manages a Veterinary Clinic, No-Kill Shelter and boasts 6 employees and many dedicated volunteers, is established and thriving,
